1. Any purchase of £31 or more allows the buyer a FREE software choice.
2. Once payment is confirmed you can email us stating your FREE software choice. We will then email you a Private user/name and password so you will be able to access your FREE choice ONLINE.
3. All FREE choice software is only available ONLINE. Free choice software is not downloadable.
4. Classformracing encourages customers to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Abuse of this promotion, which comes to the attention of classformracing, will result in the withdrawal of privileges and online account closure.
5. The offer applies to customers who are over 18 years only.
6. The offer is open only to the residents of those jurisdictions where participation is legal.
7. The promotion is available only once per customer. The identity of a customer will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
8. Purchase fees paid for downloads or disk software are non refundable, however a partial refund may be made at the sole discretion of Classformracing.co.uk .
9. The purchaser agrees not to hold responsible Classformracing.co.uk nor seek redress for any interruption in service due to technical matters associated with this site.
